Return&Refund Policy

1.Cancel order:

Before shipment:

Free order cancellation, if the customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, there will be no handling fee for the original order cancellation.

Customers are required to email SAVA's Customer Service Team regarding any order cancellations. Once the order cancellation request is approved, SAVA will email the customer a cancellation notification email.

After Shipment:

Order cannot be canceled
SAVA will provide a return label and the designated carrier will pick up the return package. Customers can also choose to self-return or make their own arrangements.


2. Order modification


Before shipment:
Modify orders for free 

Change of Address: No charge fee.

Replacements another model:No handling fee

After shipment:

We cannot modify an order after the customer has received it.

3. Easy Exchanges and Returns


NOTE: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust or any odor of any kind, and in the same packaging and condition as when you received it.

If the customer want to change another bike model that total amount is significantly lower than the original order, We will refund the difference in price,If the price of the replacement bike is higher than the previous order price, then we will charge the difference in price.


14-Days Free Returns:

Our policy is valid for 14 days. If it has been more than  14 days since shipment, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

NOTE: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust or any odor of any kind, and in the same packaging and condition as when you received it.

In order for us to better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and/or videos are needed as evidence, please send to our email:, we will send you the return label after confirmation

Note: If the customer returns the goods by himself, we need to confirm before processing, otherwise we will reject the package.

Note: The following situations will be considered normal and the free replacement or refund policy does not apply,

A) The outer packaging is slightly damaged.
B) Minor scratches or peeling paint on the product.
c) Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
d) Parts or consumable parts are damaged after being used for a certain period of time or for a certain number of times.

If your bike is still under warranty, we will send you a suitable replacement part free of charge, see our warranty policy for details

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

1) Bicycle accessories
2) Used bicycles,clearance sale bikes
3) used items

Restocking Fee

Product(s) expressing significant signs of use, wear, or visible damage, may be subject to a restocking fee. Depending on the severity of damage to the bicycle, SAVA may charge up to 20% of the stated MSRP of the product. The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. If a restocking fee is assessed, customers will have the option of repossessing their returned bike at the cost of shipping.

4.Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only a partial refund or less return shipping (if applicable):

a. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts is not our fault
b. Return due to the buyer's personal reasons, such as where to go for a cheaper price.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you that the refund has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically issued to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days..

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- When the package arrives, please check whether the product is obviously damaged and whether the outer packaging is damaged. Please provide photos and contact our customer service as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Applicable for buyer's personal reasons return, please contact us before returning)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
