All bikes are shipped directly from our SAVA factory to ensure the highest quality control.

- Standard bikes: 3-5 business days for production, assembly, testing, and dispatch
- Latest models: 6-8 business days for production, assembly, testing, and dispatch
🌍 Shipping Times by Region
📍 Important: International Air Shipping Tracking
For international air shipping orders, please note:
- We will provide the last-mile tracking number first
- During the first leg of the journey (from origin to destination airport), there will be no tracking updates
- Tracking information will only start updating after customs clearance is completed and the package is handed over to the local courier for final delivery
- This is normal for international air shipping - please be patient during the initial transit period

Q: Why is my tracking number not showing any updates?
A: For international air shipping, tracking updates only begin after your package clears customs and is handed to the local courier. The first leg of the journey (factory to destination airport) will not show tracking updates. This is normal - your package is on its way!
Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
A: You will receive your tracking number via email once your bike has been shipped from our factory. This typically happens after the production and assembly period (3-5 days for standard bikes, 6-8 days for latest models).
Q: What does "duties included" mean?
A: "Duties included" means we have prepaid all customs duties and import taxes. You will not need to pay any additional fees when your bike arrives. For "duties NOT included" destinations, you may need to pay customs fees upon delivery.
Q: How is the total delivery time calculated?
A: Total delivery time = Production time (3-8 days) + Shipping time (varies by destination). For example, a standard bike to mainland USA would take approximately 15-20 days total (3-5 days production + 12-15 days shipping).
Q: Can I expedite my order?
A: Production time cannot be expedited as each bike requires careful assembly and quality testing. For some destinations (like Mexico), faster air shipping options are available instead of standard sea shipping. Please contact us for details.
Q: What if my package is delayed at customs?
A: Customs clearance times can vary and are beyond our control. Most packages clear customs within a few days, but occasional delays may occur. If your tracking shows your package has been at customs for an extended period, please contact us and we'll help investigate.
Q: Do you ship to countries not listed above?
A: The countries listed are our primary shipping destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team to inquire about shipping availability and rates.
Q: Will my bike arrive fully assembled?
A: Your bike will arrive partially assembled for safe shipping. Basic assembly is required (attaching handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat). Detailed instructions and necessary tools are included. Most customers can complete assembly in 30-45 minutes.
