Q: What does "duties included" mean?

A: "Duties included" means we have prepaid all customs duties and import taxes. You will not need to pay any additional fees when your bike arrives. For "duties NOT included" destinations, you may need to pay customs fees upon delivery.

Q: How is the total delivery time calculated?

A: Total delivery time = Production time (3-8 days) + Shipping time (varies by destination). For example, a standard bike to mainland USA would take approximately 15-20 days total (3-5 days production + 12-15 days shipping).
