Q: Can your bike be customized?
A: No, we are sorry that we don’t offer customized service, because it is complete bike designed and tested by an engineer, to make sure the function and the safety of the bike, our bike is massive production, we can't get the parts to do customize service.
Q: Can I replace the parts?
A: The brakes cannot be replaced. We can make 50mm RIM instead the 88mm height. But I am sorry that we don’t offer customized service on crank set and freewheel, because it is complete bike designed and tested by an engineer, to make sure the function and the safety of the bike, our bike is massive production, all the parts are massive supply by Shimano, SRAM, so we can't get the parts to do customize service.
